Where it falls short for POD
Gorgias doesn't know what a POD order actually is. It can route a ticket and fire a macro, but it can't tell a Printify production delay from a lost package without you teaching it that rule by hand - because it never checks the order.
A worked month
Assumption you can change: a 300-ticket month where about half (150) get an AI-drafted resolution and the rest need a human touch - a typical mix for a small POD store. Change the split and the totals below move with it; the shape of the comparison does not.
What Podley is, and isn't
