What counts as a resolution?
One customer issue counts once, even if it takes multiple replies to resolve. Solo and Studio differ in their monthly allowance, not in how thoughtfully a reply is written.
What happens at the limit?
Podley keeps drafting replies for your review until your allowance resets or you upgrade. There are no surprise usage overages.
What does the trial involve?
Start free, no credit card. Your 14 days start with the first reply grounded in one of your orders. When you subscribe you add a card, and you aren’t charged until your trial ends. Start with a dedicated Gmail or Google Workspace support account, connect your store, and review your first reply. Nothing sends until you approve it.
